About Joe Dziewulski
Joe Dziewulski, a lifelong Chicago area resident, has been originating mortgages since the beginning of the century! He began with a small company, American Mortgage Werks located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He saw an opportunity to grow his business as well as his knowledge of the business by making the move to Milestone Mortgage in Lake in the Hills.

Joe is heavily involved in the local community. He has recently been the sponsor of the “Dog and Cat Show” as part of the Algonquin Founders Day festivities. He also has sponsored local neighborhood garage sales, youth sports teams as well as other charities.
Married with 2 sons, Joe coaches baseball locally with the Lake in the Hills YAA. His older son is part of a local travel baseball team, the Lake in the Hills Eagles. Both of his sons also play football for the Lake in the Hills-Algonquin Falcons.
Joe himself plays baseball with 2 local semi-pro baseball teams. The Algonquin Indians and the Huntley Marauders. He also plays in tournaments around the country and as far away as Puerto Rico.
With a strong work ethic, Joe began his career at American Airlines as a baggage handler at the age of 20. Within 4 years he graduated school where he earned his Airframe and Power plant licenses. This enabled him to transfer within the airline to the position of Aircraft Mechanic, where he worked for many years. The events of September 11, 2001 created many drastic changes in the airline industry, including lay-offs and pay cuts. Although he survived the lay-offs, Joe decided it was better for his career and family to pursue his preferred job as a mortgage originator full time. He has been full time ever since.
“Although working as an aircraft mechanic can be exciting and rewarding, the instability of the industry had me worried.
